The University of Southern Mississippi is pleased to be the host for the 2020 meeting of SEJC.  The School of Communication is home to SM-2 (Southern Miss-Student Media) that encompasses the student newspaper (the Student Printz), the campus radio station (WUSM-FM, 88.5), the campus television news station and student groups involved in Media and Entertainment Arts.

Southern Miss’ participation in SEJC dates to the earliest years of the organization. The university hosted the sixth SEJC gathering in 1992.  The faculty and student media members are happy to welcome our SEJC members to Hattiesburg in 2020.
